LAGOON KITCHEN TABLE – FOR 6 7 COURSE DEGUSTATION WITH MATCHING WINES
This is a truly unique experience for lovers of exceptional food and wine – a ‘back-stage pass’ into the life, work and passion of The Lagoon’s Executive chef Emmanuel Efstathiadis.
Thanks to The Lagoon Restaurant, you and five guests will begin your evening of fine food and wine at The Lagoon Lounge bar for a welcome glass of sparkling and delicious canapes. You will then be seated at the Lagoon Kitchen Pass.
You’ll be seated in the heart of the action, where Emmanuel will introduce the kitchen team and explain how the kitchen works and what it takes to be a chef at Australia’s Favourite Restaurant. Here, you’ll enjoy a Degustation Dinner, with matching fine wines provided for each of the stunning courses. After dinner you will be seated at a table in the restaurant where dessert, a nightcap and tea/coffee will be served.
